Matthew C. Schilowitz

Acanto Condo-Hotel was developed by Matthew C. Schilowitz. An experienced
New Yorker who has under the past 25 years developed and sold over $100
million dollars worth of residential real estate in the long Island area of New York.
Mr. Schilowitz arrived in Playa del Carmen early 2004. Quickly realizing its
potential, he set off to acquire and develop a diversified real estate and
hospitality investment portfolio, of which Acanto Condo-Hotel is the flagship.
Currently, the hotel group holds strategic investments in both commercial, land
and residential real estate and hospitality projects throughout Mexico, the
Bahamas and Long Island, NY.
